Submissions are officially open for Melbourne’s freshest short film festival, FedFest, seeks compelling, innovative and engaging short films that span all genres and styles 15 minutes and under.
To date the prize pool is worth $17,000 courtesy of industry heavyweights - Panavision, Soundfirm, Kodak, Complete Post, Music & Effects, Encore, Inside Film and the AFI.
This amazing prize pool, will be awarded to the best 3 films produced in the past 2 years, allowing the winning filmmaker to produce their next short film from concept to completion.
Open to all Australian & International filmmakers.
Themes relating to food and/or wine in any context are encouraged in your submitted film.
We are working tirelessly to finalize the prizes for 2009.
All films submitted will also have the chance to form part of a national touring retrospective to travel throughout 2009.
Submit on or before Thursday November 20th 2008: Entry is $15.00
Submit on or before Saturday December 20th 2008: Entry is $20.00AUD
